Check out this article written by the Official Manufacture of Happiness, Uwe Diegel on how to test a MedActiv cooler bag.

We get this question often. It’s important to understand that it isn’t the temperature of the air in the bag that is important, but rather the temperature of the medication in the syringe.

Just had to perform a complete set of tests for a client in Israel on the MedActiv cooler bags, iCool Weekender, iCool Prestige and iCool MediCube. These bags of superlative quality keep medication cool between 2 and 8°C for 12, 24 or 36 hours, depending on the chosen models.

To perform the tests I inserted MadgeTech thermocouple sensors inside syringes filled with water, connected them to a dedicated computer, placed the bags in a controlled temperature environment of 24,2°C and monitored the temperature every minute for 36 hours.

The results were absolutely outstanding and explain why MedActiv is today the chosen partner of a number of international pharmaceutical companies for the B-to-B transport of their medication.
